Beginning Hula
Learn basic steps of Hula and choreography. You’ll also learn some language and Hawaiiana. No experience necessary. Be prepared to dance barefoot on a hardwood dance floor. Active wear recommended. Bring water and a sarong/scarf but leave your shyness at home.

Hula for FUN and Fitness - It’s not just for Lu’aus!
This is a FUN, effective, low-impact exercise class using Hula to get the bodies moving. Starting with a slow stretch, participants will move into authentic hula technique and combinations that will work muscles and
stimulate brain health. This is NOT the HOT HULA class that is offered in the local gyms.
